Dave Kern, qualifying broker and owner of Kern Land, Inc., has been selling New Mexico ranches and farms since 1984. Dave grew up working on the famous Turkey Track Ranch, along the Canadian River in the central Texas Panhandle. He has a degree from Texas Tech University in Crop Science and has worked in and around agriculture most of his life.

Our associate, Billy Howard, joined the firm in 2003. Billy grew up on a New Mexico ranch and comes with impressive credentials including a degree in Range Management from Texas Tech University. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Ranch Management Program at Texas Christian University as well as holding real estate licenses in both Texas and New Mexico. Before joining Kern Land, Inc., Billy managed a 40,000-head feed lot in Colorado.
